My son has lost the skins and brought clothes that did not save.

My minecraft username is StandByStew10 on 3 november i created 5 skins and none of them saved and i also brought clothes that did not save and my skyblock did not save /the normal skyblock. The clothes  and the skyblock cost me 55 SEK. Can you please reimburse my Minecraft account with the money i spent?
