Minecraft not able to run on ipad3 ios 9.3.6

The application was purchased and installed on Nov. 2, 2019 on AppStore through genos_b@yahoo.com account. However, it did not run. It will only shows Mojang logo then goes out to main screen of my iPad. Tried already restarting iPad, reinstalling minecraft (3x), on / off of cellular & wifi connection but still the same occurrence of the problem. There's no error message prompted. It will only exit the application.
