Minecraft pocket edition realms

Yeah Hi,

i renew my Minecraft realm it was expired and now after purchasing 2 players subscription it’s still says expired and I checked my apple store and it says that I paid already and I don’t have money now on my Apple ID. 

It took my money but didn’t give me realm! 

Can you please reply to me back and help me because i restart the game and iPad and than delete it’s still says expired.

please help.
