TRASH-35300Windows10 edition Xbox purchases are locked
Hello.
I see many others have similar problems, and I really tried but I found none referring to the Minecraft Windows 10 app version I have a problem with.
I have updated Miniecraft frequently and encountered this at first a few weeks ago after not using any of the packs for a month or two. I have made additional updates since in the hope it would fix this.
We have three different XBOX accounts in the family and I have tried them all. All purchases should have been made with the same user [] though, my own account.
We have made several purchases the last year. I have receipts for them all in my XBOX-account. I also had a small amount of coins unused, but they are gone too.
The missing Packs that I can remember/see are:
- Pirates OTC
- Mutant Battle Arena
- City Life
- Inspiration Island (free)
- Adventure Time
- Camp Craft
I tried to repurchase Inspiration Island that is free, but it says I have no internet connection, though obviously it works as I can log in to my XBOX account and play online servers.
What should I try to fix this?
