Minecraft license error

A couple of days ago, I bought a Minecraft PE at my Tablet Galaxy Tab A in US. However, when I open the Minecraft app on the Tablet, it appears "Minecraft has a license issue. Make sure you have downloaded and installed Minecraft from the store.
So I removed the installed Minecraft and tried to download the app again. But, the only way is to buy the Minecraft app again.
My account of the appstore was made in other country and that is linked with my previous phone number which is not existed anymore since I move to US and have a new phone.
I'm not sure whether the Minecraft license issue is caused by the account or not.
However, I officially bought the app at my Tablet. So I want to download the app again without payment. I have a payment history. Please fix the license bug and get back to me.
