Purchase failure on iOS when purchase approval is enabled
I am very frustrated. I approved a purchase my daughter made from within the Minecraft iOS app and the app got stuck saying it was completing the purchase. We waited for about 30 min for it to go through before I killed the app and re-opened it. Checking in the store showed that the purchase didn't work, even though my daughter's apple ID showed that the charge had been made to my card. I tried the "restore purchases" button, but that didn't work either.
I then contacted apple for help, and they told me that I should contact the developer and that Apple would issue a refund.
I am very frustrated since this has happened before and I have reported it before, but it appears to still exist. I do not want my daughter to purchase anything on the app at this point since it has taken over an hour of my time trying to fix this while she has been frustrated as well.
Note, I tried to purchase some minecoin for the city pack she wanted after initially writing this to try again, and that surprisingly went through with a declaration that an incomplete purchase was found. I really wish this had been fixed with the restore purchases button or that the add in had indicated this state clearly since it appeared that we were going to have to risk losing money and asking for a refund again.

Apple support instructed me that if this bug is not fixed in the future that I should contact "Worldwide App Dev Support" at 18006222152 to report the issue since they could apply more pressure if the app developer was unresponsive.
Please also update your FAQ and Support pages since they say I should contact Apple for purchase problems on the iOS Minecraft store. There is no mention that purchase approvals appear buggy.
