Minecraft: Better Together digital not launching

I have a digital license for Minecraft better together edition on Xbox one. I am trying to launch it and am getting error codes indicating I do not have the license. I am signed into the profile that owns it, I've uninstalled the game and all DLC, cleared my alternate mac address and reinstalled the game with no DLC, issue still persisted. I contacted Xbox support they said that they've had multiple calls with users having the same issue. I was advised to place a ticket here.
