redeeme bug

I bought minecraft java edition and the code for minecraft windows 10 edition didn't work it kept on saying code have already been redeemed but it hasn't put it down as full version/ here is a screen shot for your hopefully useful proof: I hope that you can fix this and also I think that the best way to fix this is when you have finished looking at the proof provided you could ever phone me on #### or send me a replacement code and one last thing i do not own a xbox one or own xbox live so i can't have redeemed it on anything else Thanks for the amazing game NOTE:this is my only way to get this game as me and my family tight for money.
