Texture Pack or Coins Restored

My daughter bought the candy texture pack. She bought it and downloaded while not connected to xbox.live. We then logged in xbox.live and tried to saved the purchase to her account. When she closed the app and re-opened it the texture pack was no longer on her tablet nor was it on her xbox.live account and the coins are not available. We have tried the restore button unsuccessfully.
