"Game ownership cannot be verified" in Online Session

Hello,

Whenever my son and I go online in Minecraft Dungeons, one of us always receives the following error message: "Game ownership cannot be verified".

We play in the same LAN segment. It used to work so smoothly.

I bought Minecraft Dungeons for 2 different Microsoft accounts:

• License 1: Microsoft account "chris@cheinz.de", name "Lightfood"
• License 2: Microsoft account "dani@cd-heinz.de", name "BenniFlash"

I am sending you this attached

• The purchase receipts from Minecraft Dungeons for both of the above Microsoft accounts
• The error message that always appears in the game

The game has become unplayable for us. The problem has been going on for several weeks.

Further information:

• We use two separate Windows 10 computers in the same LAN
• Minecraft Dungeons is registered for one of the above accounts on each computer; the same account was not used for both
• Single play on one of the computers works without any problems, we only get the error message in online play
• The error is not sporadic but reproducible every time
