Unable to verify game ownership.

I have searched out the issue and tried many other ways that people tried and succeeded.

Unfortunately, all of them did not work for me. The practice such as log out and log in to windows store and xbox apps, continuously launching MC dungeons, delete and reinstall.

 

The game is definitely purchased and tied up with my MS account which is leesungyoul800206@hotmail.com. Each time when I launch Windows Store, it definitely indicates I have owned the software.

 

I have purchased the serial key from Eneba.com and entered at Windows Store. Not a regular way to purchase and I indeed. The only reason I choose this way to purchase is they offer cheaper prices.

 

Really have no idea what to do. I have not played this game one second. Should I ask for a refund?
