Unable to Verify Game Account

I am unable to Verify Game Ownership. The game will not let me launch. I have uninstalled/reinstalled, updated windows, verified that the code was redeemed via Xbox.com and via Microsoft store. I never felt any rage as bad as today. Please help me fix. This is for both my and my wife's account. My account is myongrang@gmail.com and my wife's account is dololon@hanmail.net.
