Minecraft PE will not open on iPad

Hi,

I installed Minecraft PE on my iPad, and it was working fine until last night. When I tried opening it, it will show Mojang, then a white screen that is blank, then it kicks me out. I deleted it and reinstalled it numerous times, and the same thing happens. I have 83% battery life, 3.1 gb free space, and I restarted the iPad and tried opening it with no luck. The version I downloaded from the App Store is 1.13. Please help me. I can be reached at christopherjelias@gmail.com.
