JIRA lag -> "Create" window stays open after creation of a ticket -> Dupes

Under high lag conditions the "Create Ticket" window stays open as if nothing had happened, although the ticket was being created.

That may explain the dupes, tripes, quads and quints of identical tickets, because users don't realize that the ticket was created and click again.

Nothing to do here* this ticket is more or less an informational.

(*Except to create a JIRAJIRA ticket and wait 5 years for a solution....)
