Suggestion to Create a Separate Project for the Minecraft Launcher

Considering that the launcher has its own version system, it would make sense to have a separate section dedicated entirely to launcher problems. Right now all launcher problems are categorized under the latest snapshot, which makes it harder to filter for select launcher versions (eg. 0.1 vs 0.2), especially since it can be updated out of snapshot schedule. This will improve version control for launcher issues and separate it from in-game issues.

An example of why this is needed can be seen with MC-13596, where there was a discrepancy in launcher version numbers and a bug which was already fixed in the newer version. In this case 'Snapshot 13w16a' did not help specify the launcher version.
