Workflow - Mod assigning for tickets

Mods would be able to assign tickets to themselves to follow up on tickets that are either missing crashreports or computer data, or tickets that are incomplete or not clear.

This should hopefully prevent those tickets from sinking too far down so they don't get seen anymore, and gives reporters someone to direct their questions towards.

Ofcourse others aren't prevented from commenting and even taking over some tickets if they know more in regards to the subject. That or a developer taking over because they can confirm said issue.

It is a small workflow change that can hopefully make following up on tickets smoother.
