THIS USER ATTEMPTS TO BYPASS BANS

Creating multiple incomplete tickets (mostly dupes) even after being told to read the guidelines.

Reopened, he's posting completely useless/spam comments again, really annoying.
Probably more than half of his comments are set to moderator-only.
