Unable to access Slack

I have been signed out of Slack and am unable to log back in. I've tried various emails and accounts, but it says something about a single sign on account, which I am having trouble recalling. I'm not even sure what Azure AD is (the log-in option that appears when visiting https://mojangab.slack.com). I tried the org owners log-in option as well, and when I try to reset my password it tells me an error has occurred.

Not sure what else to do, I hope someone is able to help.
