Ban request: AnotherRUT (The Another Rodrigo)

The user The Another Rodrigo has previously been banned for personal attacks on moderators (STAFF-392), but has since created this new account, and while they have been making some improvements, there are still some actions that are questionable, plus the fact the ban evasion should not be tolerated - and frankly, they did call me a piece of shit on my previous account which just leaves a foul taste in my mouth.
