Rename "Environment" field to "Computer Info" or similar

Even with the subtext of "OS, Java Version, etc.", about 30% of all tickets have something like "a relatively flat plain with a few trees" in the Environment field. I feel like changing the name of the field to "Computer Info" or something like that would solve this problem, as funny as it is.
