Ban user Christopher Biggles.

He has been acting confrontational and provocative. When his report MCPE-47156 was closed as a duplicate, he added comments referring to it in several unrelated tickets and taunted that we couldn't stop him. When the reason for the closure was explained to him here, he responded with a rant critical of Mojang. When that was hidden and an explanation given, he responded with a list of irrelevant issues and sarcasm, despite having been directed to Community Management and acknowledging that direction.
