Provide "update" transitions with "Linked" field settable for resolved tickets
I noticed that the workflow for STAFF allows "update" transitions on tickets that have been resolved (and maybe closed, I didn't check).
We'll need something similar for automating the "Linked" custom field on resolved/closed tickets in MC* projects. The way the workflow is set up now, the tickets would have to be reopened before "Linked" can be set, and then transitioned back to their resolved/closed state. This makes "Linked" unnecessarily cumbersome to automate, and adds extra noise in the log.
If anyone can think of other fields we might want to update on resolved/closed issues, please comment.
