Change version TU66/CU56/1.73/Switch Patch 16/WiiU Patch 35 in MCCE to released version

It appears that the "Current Release" (TU66/CU56/1.73/Switch Patch 16/WiiU Patch 35) for the Minecraft: Console Edition is currently an "Unreleased Version", according to JIRA.

The update was released on June 21st, so I don't think it's an "Unreleased Version" (anymore).
