Ban request: Pfitz Kaufmann/ExploitedByted

Pfitz Kaufmann: Perhaps not immediately in need of a ban, but they've attached a file named payload.txt to MC-88381, twice. This file doesn't appear to have been harmful (I only saw the second version, which was some (german?) text), but based on their name and behavior it doesn't seem like they're intending to contribute usefully.
