Problem account "Walter Henstra"

As with STAFF-13 https://mojang.atlassian.net/secure/ViewProfile.jspa?name=walterhenstra user just keeps creating "hot air" tickets with no usefull information whatsoever.
Started in MCPE yesterday, proceeded to MC today.
