Project suggestion: REALMS

Realms bugs currently end up with Minecraft bugs in MC. However, they are fixed independently of Minecraft's release schedule. They are also heavily outweighed by Minecraft bugs, causing Realms bugs to get lost easily.

It'd be good to have a separate project for realms issues.

Some guidelines should be established for moderators on how to handle tickets. It might be a good idea to always require the owner's and the reporter's usernames in the ticket. A checklist of issues support should be contacted for before assigning a ticket should be established.
