Ban request for Goatworlds

Frequently creates hoax/prank tickets (examples: TRASH-9398 & TRASH-9494), but when probed for more info creates fantastic scenarios for why they cannot supply (MCPE-9291).
Recently they have attached several prank files to tickets, such as abstract images and 'talking tom' audio recordings.
Additionally, they are posing as a moderator, adding a false [MCPE Mod] tag to their name and commenting invalid resolutions on old reports.
