Ban request for Jeff Rome

Deliberately creating duplicates of MCPE-7887 and spamming useless comments everywhere, hasn't stopped despite being warned twice.

So when will shoghi ever fix it?

Well maybe I won't have an attitude and have to always duplicate this bug if the darn devs will stop being so lazy and just fix it already!! If you could give me some confirmation of the bug being worked or even fixed in 0.11.0 Beta Build 14. I'd gladly love to change my attitude, until then I'll stay this way.
