Mod suggestion: stupid3700

stupid3700 is pretty active on IRC, often sends me duplicates or tickets he already commented on with the correct solution. He's also in #mojira and has been helping in #minecrafthelp since May 2013. He's a really nice and awesome person and would make a great addition to the team. He's also quite familiar with Arisa and has contributed a few very neat ideas.
I'll gnaw on you if you don't vote, and trust me, I'm pretty hungry right now.
