Mod suggestion: TheMeaningOfBlah (Sonic)

Dlawso the Really Lucky Rabbit is definitely someone who would be nice to have as a mod. He is very active, currently helping us out with saying which issue is duplicated by which issue, and sometimes he even corrects us mods.

Blah learned from his mistakes after we talked to him, and I think he's ready now to become one of us.
