Carl O. Gayle (butter21235) continues to submit invalid tickets. When provided with support links and other valuable information to resolve his problem he declines to even read the resoultion of the ticket, after being told to do so multiple times, and creates many clones of his existing ticket trying to get attention. This user's tickets have required complete closure to lock the ticket and avoid spamming the JIRA.
