Pirated launcher report prevention

From my understanding, when the game crashes, the launcher queries Hopper with the crash info, and either displays info about the crash, or redirects the user to mojira. I believe that when querying, the launcher should also send info to verify legitimacy of the launcher (and/or user login info). If not valid, then do nothing.
