No mentioning of modded software in the introductional texts

Neither in https://mojang.atlassian.net/browse/MC nor in http://help.mojang.com/customer/portal/articles/801354-writing-helpful-bug-reports-for-minecraft is mentioned, that this bug tracker is only for vanilla minecraft (or didn't I see that ?).
