City Resource Texture Pack not working

There is a bug currently that for some reason there are multiple resource packs within the active packs. Every-time I try to login into the realm the pack fails and goes back to the vanilla pack. I have tried deleting and downloading pack back, I have logged out and signed back in, closed the application, as well as deleted the application with no resolvement. We have been trying to fix this for 5 days now, and can still not fix the pack for the realm.
