Dog yelping noise

When me or my friends walk around our village there is a dog yelping noise in random spots, it doesnt seem to matter how high or low we are in that spot, it will still do the noise. It doesnt matter if we’re on our phones, xbox or pc it still happens. It seemed to start happening after one of us tamed alot of dogs. We’ve tried killed all of the dogs but the noose still occurs. Our realm is named ‘Good Old Boys’ please help!
