Chat Realm,Item broken ,Boat have bugs

Please help!!!! My realm have a problems and bug...My chat realm can't messages other player is to hard speak my friends.Other bug ...Anvil is broken I can't rename all item.... And boat we can ride when we sit the boat ...is broken too ...I think you understand what I read ...I'm bad in English
