Monster builder is not working correctly in realm

The mob generator is not working as it should! he doesn't create the monsters correctly. it works for a few minutes and no longer works. If the player enters a lower portal and returns to the mob's spawner area, he leaves! Please fix this immediately in the bedrock and Bedrock Pocket edition
