After 1.18.10.02 update, we can't chat anymore in realm

Step to reproduce :

1. I am owner of this realm
2. We can't chat like before
3. Chat message doesn't working anymore.. we play in realm, bedrock. Version 1.18.10.02

What happen :

We can't chat. Everytime we sent a message in chat message, it does'nt work as it should be. Not working.Like being mute.. But we never turn to mute..

What should be happen :

Chat should be appear and seen by other players, but unfortunately, it doesn't working. Players can't see chat. But we still can whispers and use /say @here. This problem also stick with text sign that missing and also book and quill, because these doesn't working..
