Cannot pay to renew Realms subscription or buy new one

I'm trying to renew my realms subscription (that got cancelled because I changed my debit card), but it keeps showing me 'error: check payment information and try again'. I've tried many cards and devices but nothings worked. I tried buying a whole new realms subscription but the same issue occurs. This has gone on since last month.
