HUD lags after interacting with minecart

Whenever the player interacts with any minecart with storage (hoppers, chests) you cannot interact with any chest/hopper/inventory, until you restart the world. When you try to interact with the hopper, it doesn't seem to work and afterwards all the HUB's become frozen and won't appear
