Anvils, Nametags & Signs not working for other players.

Some people on our realms can't rename nametags or use signs for some reason. I (the realm owner) can however. 1 other person can use signs but we haven't tested nametags. I'm on pc and the other person who is able to work with signs is on Xbox. The other person who is on pc cant use nametags or signs so its not a platform issue i think. We don't have any other info to why this happens sorry.
