Realm will not load new map chunks

This is running 1.2.13 on both my Xbox One and my Windows 10 Laptop. Issue happens on both.

I recently created a Realm. I uploaded a world I had been working on for a while (that way I could access it from anywhere) and now when I started to build outwards, the world stopped generating new chunks. I can jump right off the edge of the world. I can even build in the empty area that hasn't generated. I don't want to have to reset the world and start from scratch.

I have already tried to replace the world with an old backup. It still will not generate any new chunks.
