Tamed caged mobs disappear or de-spawn regularly

I have been noticing that many of my tamed caged and properly secured resource mobs have been "disappearing" when I join into the Realm. (that include, sheep, chickens, sea turtles, and pigs) They are safely caged and away from hostile mobs and are still disappearing.
