I'm a member if my son's realm plus account

2.0 realm before Thanksgiving we had all out level gear everything on the realm then when logging in now it does not have anything.  It also crashes the new series x everytime logged in.  We have been with minecraft for years and this is by far ignorant. We are about to delete and stop the realm and we have had a realm for a long time. We reset to 2 days ago and that did not work this is a major issue. My gamer Tag is Pearldragon82 and my son's is FadedKrop. This needs to be fixed. We are creating a new realm as well however the whole point of buying a realm is so we don't deal with this kind of drama.
