we cannot upload the world that we want from realm and it takes 10 minutes inorder to get a feedback saying that there is a problem with the internet even though there is no problem with the internet

there first a problem when we purchase the realm, but that is already solved which i am very thankful but, there was another problem which we cannot upload our world from the realm which is why we bought the realm in order for us to enjoy our world. please help us! thank you for your time!!
