Things disappearing/other glitches

For the last couple of weeks a variety of things have been either disappearing, moving without player intervention or turning invisible. I, along with a handful of other people play on a bedrock realm through pc, console and mobile. The things that have been disappearing/glitching out include;

• Boats, using them isn't usually an issue but sometimes they glitch out and send you flying, but more often then not as soon as you get out of one it vanishes and rarely returns.
• Animals, that aren't interacted with by any sort of entity, teleport out of boats, stand up on their own accord or just vanish entirely. I've tried leads as well but they disappear leaving the knot still attached to the fence.
• Villagers, we had a mending villager very close to spawn with a bed, preferred profession item, and small room including an iron door but it suddenly disappeared randomly.
• Moving entities, usually sand, glitches out and break without coming into contact with anything. We're currently trying to drain out a water temple using sand, but spamming it or placing it in quick rows doesn't work because it glitches out and the majority of them break. This also ruined our XP farm! I'm not happy with the moving entity hot fix because it wrecked more things than it fixed. Wrecked our creeper farms with mine carts, wrecked our temple grind, and etc.
