Minecart with chest visually jumps up from lower rail to higher rail.

Minecart with chest will visually jump from a lower rail, to a higher rail. (Like what you would have on a furnace array.) 

When this occurred, None of the items that were inside the chest were deposited into the hoppers under the rails which lead me to believe that this is only a visual glitch.
