My Realm is not saving

I will play on my realm, get off, and when I get back on it is the saved world from a while ago (not the version I left). I am the realm owner, and this seems to only happen to me and only when I was the only one on the server in that time frame. I have no way to recover the lost time, and there is no saved backup of that version of the realm.
