Can't upload (replace) Realm

Can't uplad/replace realm

I can connect and play on my realm, and download, but not replace (upload)
I have tried downloading and then uploading, as well as uploading a different world. I get an export success progress bar, but then after about 30seconds, then upload failed and I get a failed message.
