Boats bugs

My realm is a few months, and we're having trouble with boats.  They either disappear after exiting them or not being able to enter them at all.  I haven't personally experienced the issues, but my friends have.  We tried to clear a cache, but couldn't find the realms cache.  And google wasn't helpful.
